This young patient did not like how short his front teeth appeared. Grinding had resulted in wear, shortening the teeth.
In coordination with an excellent orthodontist, the teeth were moved “back” to where they were before the wear. This allowed us to minimally prepare the teeth for super-thin veneers.
As always, the bonding process takes place under ideal isolation, resulting in the best adaptation of veneers to the teeth possible.
The blue rubber dam allows for this exacting process to be done predictably.
The resulting gum tissue, after bonding, is perfectly healthy with no inflammation.
The final result is a harmonious, bright, natural smile.
