Patient presented with uneven edges and color due to functional wear and nighttime grinding. Treatment included Digital Smile Design, guided gum recontouring, and minimally-prepared (0.3mm) porcelain veneers bonded under total isolation. The final result is natural, harmonious, and built to last.
Lower teeth failing due to periodontal disease. We developed a phased plan that kept the patient in fixed teeth at every stage. The final hybrid prosthetic consists of high-performance polymer with individual crowns for maximum aesthetics, fit, and function. Six months, start to finish.
